Family fun awaits at this 4500 sq feet home base to explore everything that San Luis County has to offer. Originally a log home, the home has been tastefully updated throughout the years and has a spacious open layout. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a theater room, a game room and covered patio. There's something for everyone in the backyard with sports court, fire pit and bocce ball. Walk 2 minutes to 140 acre Nipomo Regional Park with new skate park & tennis and basketball courts.

Good to know

The game room is set up with a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, and board games. The theater room has 6 seats and 85” TV with surround sound and also has an extra day bed with trundle to accommodate larger groups. The office nook with two desks is a perfect place to stay productive. An outdoor covered patio is set up with outdoor kitchen and BBQ to enjoy a meal while watching the sunset. The backyard features 3000 sq feet a newly installed turf with bocce ball court and a sports court for pickle ball or badminton. A fire pit with seating for 8 to warm up in the evenings overlooks the remainder of the yard with established and newly planted fruit trees. Good parking in front of the home for 4 vehicles.

Layout Description: Upper Level: Master Bedroom with King bed, Master Bathroom with shower and bath and office nook. Main Level: Entry, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and trundle, and a bathroom with a shower. Covered patio is located off the dinner area. Lower Level: Game room with seating, movie room with kitchenette & day bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. Behind the home is the entrance to Nipomo regional park. Please note there is some noise from traffic and also noise from occasional baseball or softballs games. Although the home is equipped with central air due to the nature of log home construction the ducting is not super efficient and the home can run a little hot or cold for the upper level including master room. However, the climate is Nipomo is generally in the 70s and extra floor fans are provided if needed. Please note we do require accurate guest counts prior to reservation and do not allow guests outside the original guest count unless prior permission is given. House is on a shared private driveway and we only allow cars to be parked right in front of the house head in. A Nema 14-50 outlet is available for EV charging with a fee. There's enough parking for 4 vehicles. Other vehicles will need to be parked on the public street. Lastly, please be aware our neighbors are particularly sensitive to outdoor noise after 10pm.

No parties or events without prior approval. No guests or occupants outside of the reservation. Extra fees are charged per guest after 7 guests so make sure your request matches your guest count. No smoking inside or outside the premises. No operation of inside fire places due to insurance. We are shoe free home. Quiet hours after 10pm. We have very sensitive neighbors with outdoor noise after 10pm. No film production without prior approval. Garage is off limits to guest other than laundry. Maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway parked head in. Do not park in the middle of shared private driveway.

Our place is located a quick 15-20 minutes to Pismo Beach or Oceano Dunes and 25-30 minutes to Downtown San Luis Obispo. According to “Places Rated Almanac,” Nipomo has the best overall climate in the US with most number of sunny days in the 70s per year. Behind the property is the 140 acre Nipomo Regional Park with four softball diamonds, a football and soccer field, four tennis courts, horseshoes, sand volleyball, an off-leash dog area, children’s play area and acres of beautifully groomed turf. There's several attractions within striking distance with 3 golf courses, beaches or visiting the several local wineries.

Guest Access

Entire home is available to guests. There's parking for 4 cars in front. Cabinets and other things in the garage are off limits except for the washer and dryer.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax and bond with family and friends. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and the family room with billiards and air hockey, they kept everyone entertained and created some great memories together. The house was clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
