Fresh from a full renovation, the home blends rustic farmhouse warmth with clean modern finishes throughout. The open floor plan flows from the spacious living areas into a fully equipped open kitchen built for big groups cooking together and lingering over meals. The home sleeps up to 12 across four private bedrooms plus a separate game room with two bunk beds perfect for kids or whoever loses at poker. The home is stocked with a full-size poker table, pool table, and ping pong table to keep the group entertained well into the evening. When you're ready for something a little more low-key, dig into over 50 board games, flip through a record collection, or sit down at the baby grand piano and see what you've got. Step outside and there's a full pickleball court, a picturesque patio with seating and a fire pit, and a cornhole setup for the afternoons. The crown jewel is the private swimming hole on the North Fork of the Kaweah just a scenic 3-minute walk down the hillside from the house. Redstone Ranch puts you close to everything while keeping you far from the noise. The Sequoia National Park entrance is about 8 miles away, downtown Three Rivers is a 5-minute drive. The final mile to the property is accessed by a well-maintained dirt road with a 15 mph speed limit. The swimming hole trail is on-property and accessible but involves stairs and a sloped path. Use at your own risk. Wildlife is part of the natural setting. Guests are advised to be especially mindful of rattlesnakes and bears. Stay on clear trails, avoid the brush, and do not leave any food outside so you don't attract bears. River conditions vary by season. The best time to swim is April through September. After heavy rainfall the river can be dangerous — use caution, as no lifeguards are present. If you choose to swim, you do so at your own risk and release all liability from the owners of Redstone Ranch. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to river conditions, flooding, weather, low water levels, or lack of access. Please note that the opposite bank of the river is not part of the property — remain in the water and on the Redstone Ranch side. Insects & Wildlife Notice: Due to the remote nature of the property, insects such as mosquitos, spiders and other bugs may be present even with regular pest control treatment. Keep all windows and doors closed to minimize this. We are a shoe-free, pet-free, and smoke-free house. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are enforced, as sound carries easily through the valley. A Tesla EV charger is available and use comes with additional fees. Finally, please make sure your reservation reflects an accurate guest count, as pricing is partly dependent on the number of guests. Upper bunks weight limit is 125 lbs.

Do not leave food outside or in trash bags, as this may attract animals. -No parties or events without prior approval. -No guests or occupants outside of the reservation. -Extra fees are charged per guest after 7 guests so make sure your request matches your guest count. -No smoking inside or outside the premises. -No operation of inside fireplaces due to insurance. -This is a shoe-free home. -Upper bunks weight limit is 125 lbs. -No film production without prior approval. -Pickleball Court Hours : 8am to 9pm. -Quiet hours begin at 10pm to 8am.
