The house was private, spotless and even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much. Johnny was very responsive and accommodating. We left something behind and the hosts were helpful in getting it back. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay — the place was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and everything we needed was close by. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was amazing. We truly loved it. Our kids had a blast playing in the sandbox and learning how to play shuffleboard. Short trip to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely looking forward to staying there again the next time we vacation in the area.

We spent a weekend with family who came from all around the country to be together! The home comfortably fit us all and offered activities and space for everyone of all ages including our two dogs! It was so serene and peaceful and very private. The host and his property manager were very responsive and very helpful! I would highly recommend this property! We hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a great time staying here! We have twin toddlers who needed a safe environment and a larger area to play. The sandbox was a hit. It was a easy 10 minute walk to the beach, but due to having to cross the road, we just drove and were able to find plenty of street parking. Minutes away from our favorite restaurant at Ventura harbor. We had an awesome stay.

This was our third or fourth time back – had a great stay! Really love all the different amenities to cook and do good meal preparation with. Love the pickleball court and the very comfortable bedrooms. Looking forward to coming back next May.

Johnny’s place had so much room. We had 4 adults, a toddler and an infant. The toddler loved the room to roam and all the kid things to play with. She especially loved the Bluey book complete with characters and jenga. The adults loved the indoor shuffleboard and games. The kitchen was complete with adult and kid ware. The outside was amazing. Lots of room to play and relax. Johnny’s place was clean with many amenities. We appreciated the coffee and treats. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

For me is a necessity to have good relationships with the host. Johnnys people was very helpful and responsive. I wish I could have extended my stay. The house is perfect, clean, spacious,modern. Unfortunately we can enjoy the surroundings. We work all day. Highly recommend Johnnie’s place. It’s always so good to be able to get access to the garage. In my case is a necessity. Very quiet neighborhood. Very please.
